Hi,
I have been reading a lot about creatine and protien and have been taking 1 sachet Myoplex Deluxe (53g protien/12g Glutamine/6g Fiber) + 0.5 grams creatine a day on and off in the past 3 years. Never been regular with the gym routine although i try to go 4 days a week, hence keep getting into good shape and then losing it as I loose muscle and weight easily if I dont excersice.
I have recently upgraded to ft pro and wanted to start over and this time set a regular routine along with a good diet and supplements. wanted to know if taking 1 sachet myoplex and 0.5g creatine per day everyday is alright or would that be too much/too less and if its alright to take both protiens and creatine together.
My normal diet consists of 1 scrambled egg/4 toasts with cream&jam for breakfast. a bowl of rice with 200 gms of boneless chicken for lunch. 2 Tortillas+a bowl of rice with chicken/mice lamb.
I am basically looking to improve on my body shape, build more muscle and strength and loose unwanted fat especially around the waist.
Any advice on a right diet to follow and supplements would be really appreciated.

Protein and creatine is fine together. Just drink it down, don't let it set. Creatine degrades rapidly in a fluid.

Thanks bb1, just wanted to know one more thing..Do i take both every day and what would be the appropriate cycling period? like stop after some time and start taking them again. What would also be the best time to have the supplements, immediately after workout or anytime during the day. I usually take creatine in the morning and myoplex 1 hour after workout. Any suggestions that would help me out would be great..Thanx

Creatine doesn't have to be cycled. although it can be. Load 20-25g(around 5gm 4x daily) for 5 days then maintain with 5-10gm daily. Preferrably 5gm before your workout and 5gm after. Besides that go to the specific diet diet and nutrition forum and research diet like your studying for a test. Good luck and welcome to FT!
