protien shake bits

gelson17 Posts: 31 Joined: 2001/09/16	2001/10/19, 06:17 PM there is one thing that keeps me from drinking the protien shakes and its all the bits that are floating around iv tried mixing it for about 10 minuits before with an electric mixer and it still has loads of bits getting stuck in my throat and making me heeve! anyone got any thoughts on a better way to stop this happening and does it happen to all protien shakes!!! gelson

Water...then mix...then fruit (If I'm using it) and then a BUNCH of ice. Also..could be your blender...when I got a better one that chops ice better..my shakes came out smoother...your blender blades may be busted! --Ken
jbennett Posts: 1,558 Joined: 2001/02/28	2001/10/20, 12:22 AM I'm not sure what you guys are taking, but you'd better make a change or something. I take EAS Myoplex Deluxe and I've never had that problem. The taste is awesome and no 'chunks'. LaBrada Lean Body is also really good.

jbennett Posts: 1,558 Joined: 2001/02/28	2001/10/22, 10:01 PM Simple solution to a simple problem: DITCH THAT CRAP!! Go buy EAS Myoplex Deluxe or LaBrada Lean Body. Those two taste the best in my opinion. EAS and LaBrada are both very reputable companies with excellent products. You won't be disappointed.

Just look for the best price. You can also check your local nutrition store. I can get my supplements cheaper at GNC than I can online in most cases.

If your getting your suppliments at GNC cheaper than online, theres a problem. Try fitnessfirstusa.com everything has a good price, plus, the guys are awesome and they hook you up alot.
