Hi everyone,

I am a 24 year old community psychiatric nurse. I recently changed jobs from a busy ward to a calmer office job in the community 4 months ago and swiftly put on the pounds due to lack of activity.

I am hoping i can slim down using the exercise and nutrition advice on here and the shared experiences of others. Here goes nothing!

Tell us the real reason you came to ft. It was to rule the world from the ft forum, with your vast array of psychiatric tools, wasn't it. :) welcome to the forum.
