I want to do work outs a home but i got no money to buy any more weights. I had 2 dumbells, 15 lbs each. I want to work out my chest, but i dont see a big difference in just doing push ups. is there a way to make the push ups more intentense.

do dips.. best thing for whole upper body... inclined push ups.. declined pushups.. u can increase the intensity by putting one DB on ur back during push ups...

take a bench and do DB flys.. again.. incline.. decline.. and flat..

I agree with all that thedominator said, however I must state my honest opinion. You are not going to see a whole lot of a different if you 1) Only work out your chest, and 2) only work out your chest with 2 15lb dumbells. Push ups do not do a whole lot for your chest in the first place, they wear your shoulders out quick too. As far as when I said your chest wont get big if that's all you exercise. 1) You should only exercise 1 muscle group 2-3 times a week. So if your doing push ups every day your doing more harm than good. You body is also like a balloon: Your chest, back, legs, biceps, forearms, etc. are all a little piece of the balloon. If you only exercise your chest, your trying to blow up the balloon (meaning get bigger) while squeezing the 75% of the balloon and not letting air get to it. Where as if you exercise all parts of your body, it's like blowing up 100% of the balloon, and you get much bigger much faster. I would recommend signing yourself up at a gym if you really want to see a change, unless you have the money to buy all the equipment. I wish you the best of luck, take care.

you can vary hand placement....

narrow placement targets triceps
shoulder width placement hits chest
wide placement hits more shoulders...

elevate legs to target more upper chest

as you get more advanced...do clap push ups...psuh your bodu as explosively as you can ...then as your body explodes upwards clap your hands before landing back down...and repeat...

you can also do one handed push ups...pu your hand towards the center of the body and lean into it.....

I recommend you invest in some band and a pull up bar....for general fitness....
