What should i do with this, i effed up my acl n now i cant lift for a while how can i still work out my legs that wouldnt stress my acl as much n have good results(besides running, im already doing that)

This question would be better suited for a Dr. If you haven't seen yours yet then make that a priority before you do anything at all. ACL's are nothing to mess with and can become very serious and debilitating for a long time if injuries aren't promptly attended to.
