I started working out a few weeks ago (I've weight trained on and off for my adult life - so I do know what I'm doing). I seemed to have pulled a muscle or ligament under which runs from the left lower side of my rib cage, under to my stomach, I have let it rest for several weeks. I have now signed up for the Pro part of the site, and have not been able to use it yet because I'm afraid of doing myself some more damage. I can feel the injury when I twist, bend, and lift.....any suggestions out there?
