HI i pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder from doing bent over dumbell lats last night, and it hurts pretty bad. I put some icy hot on it now and its helping im wondering if there is anything else i can do and if anyone has any idea how long its gonna hurt for?
Ice it on and off, stretch it out, work it through the motions without weight, get a massage, good luck! A pulled muscle can take anywhere from a week to two weeks, depending on how badly it is strained.
