Hi,jjust started getting a really sharp pain about an inch to the right of my belly button.It only comes on when i twist my body or shuffle when i lay down.I didnt notice anything untoward in the gym,the only exercise what I can think of may have caused it were 3 sets of dumbell pullovers.Im now having a week off and will be going to the docs.Anyone with any previous experiences like how long to heal,what training to do,depression is setting in, cheers
