part of a running workout i got off the internet is running 60 40 or 20 yard sprints. the problem i have with this is i always pull my quads when i try sprint short distances like that. i stretch and everything but it doesnt seem to help. what can i do?
you need to strenghten your quads. Keep sprinting I remember after the firt day or two of double sessions for football. My quads were so beat they would buckle and I would almost fall over, Also just make shure you get a real good stretch before and after.
