hi, just wondering .. is doing 5 sets of pullups daily overtraining?

Yes and no. If you are really freaking good at them and the effort feels like a warm-up then probably not. Pavel calls this greasing the groove. If you are working hard to get your 5 sets daily then yes. Everyone is different.
