what's low down on these? I picked a pound today they're pretty darn tasty. I believe they are flavored with salt but other than that are these a healthy little snack?

aww, really that many carbs? I've been having them before bed instead my flax seed oil. That seems like a bit much on the carbs right before bed. I knew it had to be too good to be true.

Doesn't that piss you off?! I'm surprised about the amount of fat in them though. I wouldn't think that they would have any fat at all.

No, I thought they practically all fat except for a few grams. A lot of seeds have a good amount of EFA's like sunflowerseeds or flax seeds ect...
