Im 22 and I finished the beginners muscle mass workout routine here on ft. I'm ready to be pushed harder and Ive heard the push pull workout is effective routine. Can anyone please help me design a push/pull workout where I can work each muscle group twice a week without over training. I only have dumbbells and a bench press. The routines Ive checked out seem to ignore one muscle group or another like shoulders as though bench press alone would be sufficient... Oh and I dont have a pull up bar so I need help with figuring out some back workouts that I can do in replacement.
