I have just signed up to this site and i have obtained a fitness plan that contains push-ups, crunches, calf raises ect... but i was having a little problem, This is that i am unsure on what to put in the 'input weight used' column when doing push-ups and calf raises do i have to put my body weight in the column if i am doing either activity without and excess weight or do i put 0? Also should i be adding weight to an excercise such as Push-ups or calf raises if so how would i do this?

Welcome to FT! Glad you found us...

Put in a '0' for now... your body weight can change from day to day and that will be reflected if you input your weight...

As for adding weight to pushups, fill a backpack with some weight (be careful though, it may slide around). For Calf Raises, you can use dumbells. If you have been asked to do seated calf raises, just put some plates on your knees...

Hope that helps!
