A friend of mine showed me this site...and he started me on his routine...today was my first day...the diet is what's gonna do me in!!! Any tips for someone who has been lazy forever when it comes to working out?? I mainly want to work on abs and thighs. Hardest part is...I want this 21 yr old Britney Spears body on a mom of 2, 29 yr old body...how close can I get?!?!?!?!?! :)
