Hi...a newbie here. I would really like all the help I can get as to beginning a fitness program to loose mainly belly fat. Right now all I do is a 45 minute daily walk. I sure would like to run a marathon with my grandaughter in about 3 years. Cheers everyone!

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

I am living in Glasgow, Scotland right now and in an area where there isn't a gym so...other than walking, what could anyone suggest to be a good starting fitness routine? I have a weak lower back so I need an alternative to crunchs. Thanks...
