I'm in my late 30's
and decided to join the Armed forces...
(I've been working as a computer tech for over 18 years
a desk job!) not the most fit guy around...
I'm 6'2" 230Lbs
I've tried to keep in shape, by doing some jogging at leat 1.4Km every 4 to 5 days.
I need help getting ready for Pushup test...
they want my hand to be close to each other, regular pushup I can do around 19, but the other way, I suck.
need some help, to develop strong tricep,
I don't have time to hit the gym...
in a nutshell: I would like to be able
to bdo at least 40 Pushup!
