I hear pyramids are the best way to go for gaining mass.
So can you guys post some sample splits w/ pyramids that you've tried and found success so maybe I could try it out also?

But what would be a good pyramid for chest exercises such as bench press, incline press, etc. I usually do like 3-4 exercises for chest and if I use your pyramid that would equal 15+ sets which is too much.
