I been doing a strength routine for a wil just to switch it up from my bodybuilding style reps. My quads ave gotten huge lol i mean my pants are feeling funny lol, I have to almost buy 2 sizes bigger for them to fit lol( I don't like crotch huggers lol)
leg work out( strength)
hack squats
150x 20 2 sets ( warm up)
squats
10x 225
7x 315
7x350
6x 375
5x 405
3x425
leg press
10x 500
9x 700
8x 1000
6x 1200
good morings
3 sets 10x 170
Now the leg workout I was thinking of the slim down my legs a lil more is doing no reps under 8 reps, and doing more reps on the leg extension
squats
20x 135
15x225
12x 315
12x315
10x 350
8x 365
leg press/ superseted with goodmornings
15x 225 135x 10 3 sets
15x315
12x 450
10x 550
leg curls/ leg extensions
4 sets 15( whatever weight I can do)
lunges 10x 50's
10x 65's
would this help on my quadzilla like legs? I mean I like haveing storng legs, but I don't wanna buy new clothes lol
me not doing cardio have any effect on this as well?

you can borrow my pants they are a size 50 they should fit over your quads fine.

Buy obe of thoose adjustable canvas belts lol. That way you have a little belt haning down and you can throw on a hoodie and pass for one of us hardcore kids lol.

Or look up some sights that sell clothes specificallt for bodybuilders.
You can probably lean out your legs by ading some running into your program, and yes, by raising the number of reps you are doing.
Leg extension and isolating exercises tend to add size, maybe stick with compound moves, add in some plyo or do jump rope or something inbetween sets so it is more like circuit training.

Strength workouts use reps of 5 and under. You are doing a hypertrophy workout.
