yeah, eggs are good for breakfast... eat 4-6 or something... about the diet ice cream and pop...well, they call it diet because there's no calories in it o_O but they still have all of their suggar, which is what really kills you (not literraly, though, suggar doesn't really kill if you're not diabetic)...
Whole eggs have quite a bit of fat. You might want to try 1 or 2 eggs and then just the whites of 2 more. And I dont think diet soda has sugar. It has sodium though, and just the co2 will make you bloated. I would use it as a treat and stick to water whenever you can.
