My name is Ryan and I have been lifing for about 1.5 years (about 3 days a week). I weigh 170 and am 6ft tall. I am looking to lose body fat and put on some lean muscle. Problem is, I don't know whether to eat a lot or a little. I also play club roller hockey 3 days a week.
Right now I maintain a healthy balanced diet and drink Protein Whey shakes everyday. I feel like I have plateaued and I need some guidance.
