Hello,
I am a 17 year old martial artist, and beside the traditional martial arts, I am really in to MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) (Ultimate Fighting Championship stuff for those who don't know.) I was just wondering what type of weightlifting to do...I want to gain strength and look good, but at the same time I need speed and agility in punching and movement. I'd just like to know like how many sets or reps I would need to do, to still look good but at the same time keep my speed. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
