Is it possible to still loose weight without any fancy protien shakes, or poweders..I mean, im doing fine by doing cardio first thing in the morning for about 20 mins and I weight train about 4 times a week...I lost 12 pounds so far and i got another 25 pounds to go...but I know the key is patience and to stick with it.
Oh the proteins are far away from being something fancy..... It's a NEED if you don't eat all the necessairy proteins in your diet. Trust me, sometimes you really don't feel like drinking another one of those things.....
