I find that I need to give myself an hour and a half. first 5 minutes stretching, 30 minutes cardio, 5 minutes cool down - stretching, about 30 to 45 minutes for weights - depending on the amount of exercises, and 5 minutes to stretch at the end. I do my workout 4 times a week.
The amount of times a week will play a part in how long. If you are doing weight work two days a week only you will probably need about an hour to complete it by itself.
