I hope someone can answer this for me, the exercises I'm supposed to do have 4 sets of 15 reps each. Should I do all 4 sets of the same exercise before moving on to the next exercise...or do the first set of all the exercises completely before moving onto the second set? As you can tell I am a beginner and I want to do this the right way. Thanks for the help!
