Can I make my plan for the days I want? Like weightlifting on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and walking on Monday, Wednesday and Friday?

You can't make the days come out like you want, but you can just shift them to fit your schedule.

When you fill in your workout to send in to the database, just fill it in as though you did it on those days. There is no harm in changing the days, just in your real life.

That sounds like it will work Christyann. One of the challenges of having both a strength training and cardio regimen is the potential loss of muscle. I struggle with that myself sometimes. I love my cardio and to it almost daily but, I don't make the weight(muscle) gains I would like to see even though I work hard at it. Of course there are other factors involved too. Good luck!
