Ok I have been doing some fitbuddy searching and I know you can not increase your breast size by exercising but that is not what I want to do. I am now currently at a 32B and happy with that. I know as i exercise and my bodyfat% goes down which will decrease my size, but my question is.... I have HEARD that if you do chest exercises it might tighten up the breast skin.... I was wondering is that true?? If that is true what chest exercises should I do?? oh and one other question... when I do my cruches for my abs it tends to give me a bit of back pain.... So I thought by adding a few back exercises to my routine it might help that as well has exercising my back muscles too.. any info will help and greatly appericated!! if you wish you can also email me at babydolwv@freetrainers.com or babydolwv@zoominternet.net would really appreciate any advice or suggestions....... thanks in advance!!!

Some good exercises for the lower back are things called "supermans", I believe they are listed in the exercise glossery. Basically you lie on your front and lift your arms and legs off the ground and hold -- hence the name supermans. You can also lift left arm right leg , then alternate right arm left leg. It may seem really simple, but it is a great lower back strengthing excersice. Personally my favorite it back extentions on a back extention platform...but you don't have that. Pilates are also excellent at strengthening the entire core.
As far as chest exercises go...push ups are pretty good if you have no wieghts etc. If you have free weights (or any heavy objects you can hold) pec flies are good and any kind of chest presses(see exerciese glossery). I find all chest work tough, so start out slow and work your way up. I'm amazed at how much better I am at push ups now!
Your question about improving breast appearance, I've found that just the general wieght loss-making my abs look tighter, and toning all around the chest area has improved the overall appearance of my boobs-that and a better bra*lol* (no easy feat after 2 kids and being over 40)---at least my hubby thinks so and that's all that really matters--isn't it:big_smile:
BTW, looks like you've had success with your tummy work--nice improvement in your pic.
