Hi all! Quick question: I just filled out my fitness profile and looked over my first week of planned exercises. One of the days consists of two chest exercises - machine incline presses and seated machine flyes. My concern is that my breast are already extremely large. I know that some of their size is related to my weight and I am addressing that with diet as well, but I'm worried that these exercises will focus on my pecs and add to my already too large bust size! Please help!!

Most women don't have enough testosterone to build muscle as much as men do, so you don't have to worry about increasing muscle size and making your "too large bust size" any bigger. The basis for the chest exercises in your workout are mostly for toning purposes. I know this isn't a very descriptive or informative response, but it's true.

I have been told and seen that one of the first places a women notices weight loss is in her chest and you shouldn't be concerned about the muscle developing under neath making your chest bigger, It takes a long time to build muscle the fat will come off faster than any building to cause concern and as DX said most women are not able to build significant amounts of muscle,
