I'm 16 years old and I weigh 151 pounds. I'm pretty toned right now, but I need more definition in my stomach area. Is the solution to gain weight so the muscle shows more or what because in every magazine I read it says lose the fat, but I don't have any fat to lose. Can any of you help me out on this topic because I really don't think I'm eating enough and that's why all my working out isn't doing me much good. Thanks in advance.

Well true.. diet it key for the ab area. But also make sure you're doing a good ab workout. Simple crunches and situps won't really get that area "ripped". You'll need to apply some resistance to get the abs showing well. Good luck. Been on the same mission myself for.. eh.. a long time. =)

You are thinking in the right direction. A six pack is the holy grail of fitness these days. This is all well and good, but if you don't have any muscle, you are going to look really bad with a six pack and toothpick arms. People need to be smart. You cannot gain any more muscle if you are trying to get a six pack, due to the dieting(calorie deficit) that is needed to achieve this. So, be cognisant of your goals. You may need to gain some muscle first to achieve the look you desire.
