I see on here that many people do different areas on different days(chest days, leg days, etc). I am mainly doing cardio, I would like to build my stamina in this area. I also want to work on my legs and am planning to do some leg oriented exercises, such as stairs, in addition to my treadmill, which I intend to the most. I am not nearly as worried about my upper body as I am my lower. Is my plan a wise one or am I just fooling myself?
