At what body fat percentage is it possible to lose your period? Also, once you reach that % and maintain it, will your body regulate itself to the point where you will begin having your cycle again? Thanks! :)
That is a great post Ravenwolf! It really makes menstration sound like a dynamic process as it probably is since no one is the same and no one has exactly the same diet or metabolism/processing of foods. The only think I don't like is that it focuses on amenorrhea, which is the loss of menstration but people forget that you can still get your period but not ovulate. Ovulation is the key to telling if your hormones are balanced.
