I've gathered from your website that once muscles get bigger that they begin to eliminate the fat in our body. I'm wondering do the muscles closest to the body fat burn first? For example I have the "male gut", now If I work my abs will it feed off my stomachs fat first or do the muscles feed off of the overall fat available in the body.
Thank you in advance

*shakes head*
if you keep your calories the same
then your body will use more calories to keep the muscle so you lose fat.
1 lb of Muscle uses about 50 calories a day while
1 lb of fat uses 2 calories
so it is overall fat that gets used - sorry no spot reduction
