Hi everyone. I am new to the freetrainers website and I had a quesiton. When I go to my personalized workout page and it tells me the exercises to do, it says reps and weight used. I know to add the amount of weights i'm using from dumbbells or whatever, but for the exercises that you DON'T use weights, do you have to put your body weight in there? Sorry if this seems confusing to read!
