I have been eating right for tha month now, joining a gym this weekend, planning on starting my workout on monday. Does anyone have suggestions on how i should start out.. meaning..should i start out with just cardio, or cardio with light weights...etc etc...

Try one of the FT plans.

An ft program like charlie said, and when you go the gym, ask for a training session with a pt. That will also help you get familiar with the different apparatus.

DO you mean start your work outs in general? I usually do a 5 minute fast walk to warm up before I lift. But to get started in the program do a blend of cardio and lifting. Good luck - Mike
