When i do the sets, like, do i go all through the different body parts(like if you had biceps, back, and abs one day) do you go through the 4 sets for that one body part, or do a set for each body part and keep going like taht in order until you have done 4 sets for each body part?

you do 4 sets in one go for each bodypart
e.g. when your doing your biceps, do all 4 sets and then move on to your back etc.

Not sure if I understand what you mean, but....I do all of my back exercises before going on to biceps, or abs. For ex: Lat Pull-wide grip 3 sets, Lat pull-chin up grip 3 sets, DB rows 3 sets, lower back ext 3 sets. Then move on to Biceps and do the 3-4 exercises for those. There are other ways, but I think that is what you are asking. Hope that helps.

I have heard that you should stretch well between each set...about changing the weights? Not certain. I imagine that, if you are getting an excellent workout with the weight you are using, stick with it...but someone else may have better advise for you in that area :o)
