I really dont understand on how your diet program wokrs it just tells me how much of what i should eat. I'm 5'11 and weigh 190 is that healthy? How can i lose fat and gain muscle mass when i have a slow metabolism, and how am i supposed to eat 213 grams of protein a day? Thats alot is there some kind of high protein recipe i should eat or something?

Huh?!!!!
Wait a minute Luna, what do you really want there?!! What are your goals?!! And why shouldn't you be able to gain muscle or loose fat with a slow metabolism? (the metabolism you'll be able to speed up a little anyway!)

When you eat only 1-3x a day your body gets used to that and slows down. Eating 5-6x a day will speed your metabolism up.
Use a log and fire for example. You put one log in the fire and it will burn for a few hours and go out. Keep putting logs on the fire every few hours and you will keep the fire burning throughout the whole day.

HI LUNA,
I HAVE A VERY SLOW METABOLISM DUE TO HYPOTHYROIDISM. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH MELISSA ON THIS ONE. IF YOU EAT MORE FREQUENT WITH LESSER AMOUNTS YOU WILL SEE YOUR METABOLISM BOOST. YOU CAN ALSO INCREASE BY BOTH THE WEIGHTRAINING AND CARDIO THESE ARE OTHER WELL KNOWN METAOBLISM BOOSTS.

I find it very hard to eat a lot of meals daily regardless of the portion sizes, it does take some getting used to especially if you were starving yourself or eating one meal a day to lose weight. I was so wrong for doing that. Like I said thegreatluna15, its tough starting out but mandre and ravenbeauty are right.
