Hey guys. I was just curious because I would be interested in getting into powerlifting, but does anyone know where I can find a chart or website of what the "good" expected weights are for a fourteen year old at 145 lbs? thanks in advance.

Damn. I don't know what my max bench is (I can do 5 at 165 right now.) Not sure about squat either. (Also do about 6 at 165). Deadlift I have no idea. I would've thought those averages would be lower, but then again I'm not even yet fourteen ( mid february ) and I know of some crazy beast kids that are freshman already so I guess it doesn't surprise me. Then again, most of those records were set 8 years ago. Do you have any "qualifying" numbers for today?

I fail to see why the numbers would be significantly different than the numbers from 8 years ago. And what do you mean by qualifying? Maybe if your planning on getting into powerlifting it would be a good idea to know your maxes in the three lifts.
