Hi! I have a question about an exercise michine i was planning on buying. I don't mind free weights, but hate having to change the weight on the bars alot, and most of the time don't have someome to spot me. I am planning on getting the Platinum CrossBar. Does anyone know of this or tried it? Well i looked at it on the website and it sounds pretty good. It has different programs on it which you can set it to - stregnth training, circuit training, and fat burning and toning. What to do??? I'm an athletic 17yr old girl who wants to trim and tone(long lean muiscle)and gain stregnth. I figured the fat burning and toning was best for me, but then i read about how it is really hard for women to bulk up, and we should do the same routine as men even if we want to just "tone". So what do i do? Would it be better for me to do less weight and more reps for the results i want? Which program should i do?
