I am a loan officer for a bank. I just sit here all day and review auto loans for people. When you go to a car dealership and apply for an auto loan, I am the person who approves it ( or declines it ). I do not work in a branch so I can sit here in blue jeans and my Nikes.

I am a Game Ranger in "semi-retirment", now I travel the USA & Canada telling whomever will listen about Africa and my life in the bush, as I promote travel to Africa, something like an "Ambassador for Safaris".
I lead the odd Safari too. And that is my day job....! In fact I leave in a week or two on a mission from Cape Town to Kenya. 16 days in paradise. |

Yo Halfpint!
My current occupation: Technical writer and computer programmer for a telecommunications company (by day), and rock and roll star (by night) -- you know, that old story. My official day title is Manager of Technical Communications. Mom just tells her friends that I'm "...into computers". Background is electrical engineering, math, and physics. However, I retire my calculator, pocket protector, and mechanical pencil at sundown to become da saxman. Word. My past occupations: In my past I was a teacher (English, math, and assembly language programming), worked at a nuclear plant co-operated by the DOD, worked for the Bureau of Visual Services (learned to read and write in Braille), made disposable diapers in a paper products factory, and personally made one of the very first McRibs (so I was told) at McDonalds some 20+ years ago. All true. TSMD |
