Can you mainly weight train for muscle strength and still maintain good muscle endurance. For awhile this summer, because I had a limited weight bench at my house, i had to do reps on 70 lbs. So after awhile i was able to work my way up to 4 sets of 20. After all, 70 pounds is nothing, and my max is about 170 pr 175. So lately ive been working with 150 lbs, 4 sets of 3, and the other day i went back to do the old 4 sets of 20 with 70 pounds, and after 16 reps on the last set, i couldnt do anymore. Can u have both muscle strength and endurance, is there possibly a way. U can train for both right?
