hey guys, ive been on ft for quite some time but i just have a little question regarding one of my new programs i started up. I chose a 3 day split, body mass building program (w/ chest mass increase). It looks like a good program yet i am wondering why on most of my excercises does it say for me to do HIGH Reps and lower weight (Eg. Shoulders, 20, 12, 11, 10 OR Lying Triceps Extensions 20, 16, 14, 12 or for bicep curls 15, 12, 11, 10.)

Shouldn't i be doing LESS reps and Higher weights in order to get mass increase (along with eating properly of course) or is that a misconception that i have....?

On the first set of reps it is actually a warm up. As you decrease the reps increase the weight. Hope this helps.
Good luck with your program and keep us posted on your success.
