question on soda carbonated drinks

im a newbie and training for 3 months im just curious about soda drinks how do they affect your diet? i know that this is bad.. i need some explanations from the pros, coz i still drink coke and pepsi wid my training...

There is a pile of sugar in sodas... it would be in your best interest to cut back on pop and drink more water and juice.

Tim is right. 44grams of sugar is no good. Almost as much as in my creatine, but that's a whole nother sore subject. Try diet soda. This has worked for me, because I am hopelessly addicted to caffeine and I get a major headache if I don't get some. No calories, no sugar, and low in sodium, but remember phenylketonurics contain phenonylaline. Or something like that.
