i started really working out like 5 days ago. i do cardio for 40 min and loose from 400-500 calories from that. im 16 and weigh 200 pounds, 6 ft 3. i still have some fat on mearound me stomach, love handles and my chest is a little bit fat, is my cardio a good thing to do before i start my work out with weights and machines every day? and if i just wanna get rid of my stomach and chest fat what should i do every day when i work out, i only want to be lean not build big muscles
