i usually eat once i get into the office, around 9:30 in the morning. is it better for me to eat something with, say, 234 calories, 1.4 grams of fat, 53 grams of carbs or something with 150 calories, 6 grams of fat, 21 grams of carbs. i don't workout in the am, usually only in the pm, if that makes a difference, but i may start doing my cardio before work.
