I have a question about whey protein. I am a male,168 pounds, 5'11, 20yrs old. I do about 30min of cardio 3or4 times a week. I am currently taking DESIGNER WHEY protein 30min after a workout. It says on the container that protein is not recommended for weight loss, however I'm NOT trying to lose weight, I'm trying to lose FAT. I am a little confused........Does whey protein hinder fat loss or does it not affect the body's ability to lose fat. I am mainly trying to lose the fat around the belly. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
dont worry about that label: you will find this warning on just about every supplement powder in existence. its something that the FDA started requiring supplement companies to put on their labels a few years ago.
