Hi,I am your fan,and go through all your messages here.
I am a boy of 26,my body weight is just 57 kgs.I have just joined a gym.Can you advice me,how to increase my body weight,what i should i eat?

Well thing I alwasy say, to get big, you need to eat to get big. Can't build a house without bricks!
Look for a post intitled grocery list for a body builder, its by BB1, he knows way way more than I do. Eat anything off there for 5 meals a day, eat your body weight in grams in protein a day. And eay where from 2-3g carbs per lb of body weight.

Next for the actual workouts, get somthing off here, its a good basic program to start off with, and will get you in good shape for later when you can get a more specific one.
