Hi,
I just found the site, and I'm starting the 8-week weightloss/toning program tomorrow. Anyone else in the same place? Want to push each other through the next weeks?

Also two questions.

1. I also signed up for the ab program, but I don't see anything on my workout list that acknowledges that... what am I overlooking?

2. (stupid question alert) From looking at the workouts, we're supposed to start with a lower weight, and then climb up to a higher weight but lower number of reps. Right?

Hey, are you still looking for a buddy? I moved out into the middle of nowhere (no gym or buddy access) and want to lose some weight and tone up by summer. I just signed up for this thing, and could totally go for some support to keep me going. goal---> to look hot this summer! let me know.

If you click on "ft Exercise Program" then see "Special Progams" toward bottom of page, you know you have the ab program on your profile (if not you have to add it). Once you see it, click on "Your Exercise Program" in top left of screen, click 'OK" @ disclaimer, you'll come to your 8 week schedule (B4 the exercise descriptions). If you scroll down to the bottom of this screen you should see a link for your specialized AB program.

So, when It goes 20, 15, 14, 12 for the reps the 20 is the warmup and then the 15, 14, 12 is the "Heavier" wieght?
