It’s been a year and a ½ that I’m bulking up and i feel like it’s time to cut.
The thing is that I can not do that right now (because I have to study and it will make me a bit to tirred) so I planned to do that after my exams but… The other thing is that I will go on holliday so I planned (again) to do that after my holliday (because I only got 3 weeks between my exams and the holliday and I won’t be able to train in NY). So I will still bulk up till the 14 of jully.
So here are my questions:
- what should I do on holliday (8 days): I won’t follow my diet but I will try to keep my protein high with one or two “no carb protein shake” and maybe take some amino acid. Should I take something else? Should I try to do some exercice on holliday though?
- when I come back, can I directly start my cutting? I figured out a week of rest could help me to bulk up… I want to cut but I don’t want to lose a great opportunity, is this wrong?
- Is this diet ok for a cutting: 2,5/3 carbs per kg, protein per pound, no fat, omega 3/6/9, ZMA, glutamine, amino acid, (a good supplement to burn calories???)
- What should I eat on rest days?
- is boxing a good cardio? (punching a bag)
Thx a lot 
And thanks for all the precious advises I received on this site previously.

If u been working out hard then take 8 days off
Take fish oil supplement 10g: 5 morn, 5 night
You want fat in your diet....50-100g minimum....from healthy sources....virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, esp fish
Yes Boxing/Kick Boxing is a phenomenal cardio workout....it's going to be HIIT at its best....

Take a week or 2 lifting at maintenance levels, then start your cut.

What do you mean by maintenance level?

im guessing by maintenance bb means lift just to lift and not to gain. since youre goning to b cutting you shouldnt be trying to get any bigger.

Diet should be at maintenance levels while lifting for this period.
