There are two things I am short of - time and money!! Buy the chicken breast in a can (same size as a small tuna can has 22g of protein and 2g of fat) - mix it with small packet of BBQ sauce (run into local Arby's - take a hand full and run out) - throw it between two slices of wheat bread - you have a tasty feast and a change of pace. Tuna was getting old and stinky.

Hey boowahs,
10-4 on the stinky tuna. I can't eat the stuff any more. Ate too much as a kid I guess and it is stinky. The chicken in a can is tasty and protein packed. I'll have to purchase some again. Thanks for the laugh and tip. Hey, cottage cheese is good too but is getting old. Have to lay off and change for a bit. Lift cool!!

look around some discount grocery stores and find the canned beef. shredded kind but ther chunk kind. you can do anything with it and has 20+ grams of protein per serving 2.5 servings in each can

Long hours here too. Need to become my own boss soon. I like to bring three or four turkey sandwiches to work or PB&J is always tasty. I could eat peanut butter by the spoonful dudes!!! Beef Jerky is also a good friend of mine. about 48 grams of protein in a 4 oz. bag. I usually make my own though.

I work long hours as well. A quick easy and good meal I make is one can of Chili Magic and a pound of ground turkey. This is very cheap and makes two huge meals. I usually throw some cornbread in too. Yummy! I've definitely eaten my share of the canned beef, but it's the best canned bang for your buck.
