Hi, i am new here. I chose the 12 week ab program on advanced. When i go to look at the schedule for the first four weeks, it show somethng different from when i look at all 12. It only lets me look at the first week of each. On the 4 week schedule it show i work out 3 days, and has 7 different exercises. On the 12 week it show i work out 2 days, and has 3 different exercises. Which one am i supposed to do?
I wasn't aware there was a 4 week ab program.. might be new?.. If you plan on doing it right with the 12 week plan I would follow that. (after all.. can ya really expect abs after only 4 weeks?.. wouldn't that be nice!) =)
