when checking my nutritional plan on ft, i also use the nutritional data on the bottom of the page. this provides you with the p/c/f count for most healthy foods but for some foods, instead of a number, i am given "tr." for instance, when checking the fat on vegetables instead of a number i get tr. does this mean it has no fat? can someone please help. i am trying to come up with my diet plan. thanx.

thanks, bb1fit. how accurate is the ft website? i was looking up hard boiled eggs because i like to have one with my oatmeal in the morning and another one with my salad for lunch. on ft it says that it has 5g of fat but on nutritionddata.com it says that each egg has 14g of fat!! that is quite a difference. do u know anything about the amount of fat in an egg? if so, please help. i am trying to lose quite a bit of body fat. thanks again.
